International English Language Program

For 4 weeks, you’ll have fun in a college-prep  winter course unlike any other.

• Find your passion — and maybe your dream job! Our program offers the perfect combination  of academics, language instruction, and cultural  exploration. We integrate classroom learning with  practical experiences in different settings so you  can really dive into the local culture! 

You’ll also visit the nation’s capital, Washington,  D.C., explore our beautiful campus, and spend  time in the city of Lynchburg, a vibrant college  town near the Blue Ridge Mountains.

After completing all required courses and  activities, you’ll receive a certificate of completion  from the University of Lynchburg!

English Language Lessons
English lessons focus on skills and are based  on themes. You’ll apply your English speaking,  reading, and writing skills as you investigate  various American subjects. 

Lectures and Presentations
You’ll experience informal, discussion-style  lectures by professors and professionals on  various topics and meet with local community  members.
